Well, to answer j0's question of why should he kill if he's dying anyway:
Because we're also just weeding out tons of people we suspect? TOS isn't as high on the list as DBN or you, but he's on it.
Just kill someone who isn't very likely town (not me, D44, SAK, etc.) and announce it before nightfall. Which is any moment now. I like Son1x as a target if you feel TOS is innocent.
