As I get motion sickness from playing Mirror's Edge...this doesn't seem to be my thing.

yes I too agree,
it does not fit FPS.
Exercising (as long as it is not as retarded as that girl at E3), and maybe that painting game are the type of games that should work well if implemented correctly not like the half assed jobs on Wii.
Wii fit is excellent for excercising, I see no reason why Natal shouldn't be as well.

i don't understand alot of people lately , motion sickness from playing a game?
i heard alot of people saying this, don't you guys drive cars , or ...... dare i say it, run outside?

They really need some original game ideas to take advantage of this... All this looks liked at the moment is a guy playing a game with an "invisible" controller.
This video just validates what I was saying for input. farther away the greater the degree of input needed. This video only shows experiments. There is no way to make Natal input schematics good for certain game types. However it's great for perceptive interaction. "Grabbing" things on screen will work well.
I'm surprised by the number of people that think Natal is the second coming. Even though anyone with camera based input experience can tell you it's no second coming of video game interaction.
Squilliam: On Vgcharts its a commonly accepted practice to twist the bounds of plausibility in order to support your argument or agenda so I think its pretty cool that this gives me the precedent to say whatever I damn well please.
I don't drive but I do run. I also can't stand FPSs for this reason as well. I think it has something to do with immersion, in first person mode of games, If a character looks to the left, my brain feels my body should move to the left in some capacity, if it doesn't my senses kinda lurch and disorientate me making feel sick.
Might be different for everyone else but that's how it is for me and Mirror's edge is a fine example why I can't handle these things, this is why I always play things in 3rd person rarely in first.
