Tiny Toon Series is one of the best series's on the Genesis.
its up there with sonic.

Big Brain Academy Wii Degree - 68
Samba De Amigo - 68 (don't really care for this one too much, but got it dirt cheap)
Mario Party 8 - 62
I've put over 400 hours into The Last Remnant on PC (66) and I thoroughly enjoyed Too Human on 360 (65).
Onechanbara is the lowest (39 on meta), honourable mention goes to Dynasty Warrior 6 (59 on meta) and Ninety-Nine Night. My love for hack&slash speaks volume here.

Did it recently boost? Or did Metacritic take some scores off? Because last time I looked at it, it was 79, and that's when I officially didn't 100% trust review scores because I absolutely LOVED KH2

It's a stupid fun game to pass the time. But only somewhat enjoyable with 3 or more people.
Sadly that's not the lowest rated game I own. That title foes to Jenga: World Tour. With a whole 26 points. I didn't enjoy it though. xD
