So I got a Psp go for Christmas and I love it, but theres one thing that I can't get working, and thats getting it online. As I have a Ps3 I'm ok as I downloaded all my Psp games using my Ps3 and then just transferred them over. Although I do want to have it connected to the internet so I can use the PlayStation Store on my Psp, surf the web also SONY are doing an offer where if you download a Psp go promotion theme from the store using the Psp go before Jan 10th they'll give you a voucher for a free game s thats something I don't want to miss out on. I have a Livebox that has WEP security on it, I begin to set the online up, it asks me for my WEP key I enter it & finish setting up the connection, as soon as I try & connect to the internet it will come up with the message "Connecting to the access point...Please wait" it will stay like that for 30secs or so & then I will usually get the message "A Connection error has occured. The connection to the access point timed out." or I'll get a message saying "The signal may be weak".  Any idea why this is happening? What should I do? Is it something to do with the security on the Livebox? If I turned off the security on the Livebox would it work?

Yeah I'm pretty sure the WEP key is correct, if I turned the Security on the Livebox off would that make any differnce?

this issue is so annoying! my friend had it for ages, and it toke her about a week to get it to work.

try doing it without the WEP (The none option) , or try doing it with the other option that isn't WEP (forgot what its called)

on my livebox you have to press the number 1 button on it so it can pair

My Livebox has a Number 1 button on it, maybe thats what I have to do. So you just hold the Number 1 while the Psp is trying to connect to the internet?
