Sooner or later, you might have to add the guys making Heavy Rain if that game is as pretty as it's shaping up to be.

The topic title is obvious from just looking at the stats on the thing. It quite simply lacks the RAM to ever take advantage of the cell. Hell, if you compare to people's PC set-ups it's questionable if the 360 even has enough ram and it's (relatively speaking) only got 1/3 of the CPU power.

Guess nobody told Naughtydog it doesn't have enough ram. But then again, if it has enough ram for Uncharted 2, it probably has enough ram, don't ya think? It will be interesting to see how they will improve on Uncharted 2, the present engine could easily handle quite a few other games, including one from valve. I'm afraid exclusives will have the best games for PS3, because other developers don't want took take the time and resources to figure the PS3 out. Well Naughtydog has, and they are sharing, so maybe things will get better for non-exclusives. Valve, have you figured out how to distribute your engine over 6 cores yet?

When Uncharted 3 comes out and you put it into your Ps3 it will open a black hole

The PS3 is a powerful beast that still hasn't been unleashed from its cage.

I can't even imagine what Uncharted 3 will look like, it scares me....

Few vocals realized the true potential of the Cell processor and the amazing technology the PS3 has to offer for its selling price. We have seen so much ignorance from certain fans, including many of those who claimed to be well versed on technical matters (mostly some who do some high level stuff lacking low level knowledge of the actual hardware').

Current PS3 games like Uncharted 2, upcoming PS3 games like God of War 3 and facts like for instance the US military or scientists are using PS3s because it's the most powerful and a more cost effective approach must blow their minds.

I'd love to see them pull of a crysis on the ps3.. main problem with the PS3 is the GPU.. not the CPU..the cell is pretty scalable/tapable.. the RSX isnt.. but if there is anyone that can cram the juice out of the ps3 its gotta be naughty dog...
