It'll be nice if it asked you a confirmation, since I've pressed the Add Friend button a couple of time by accident. I might go through my friends list and start deleting people I don't know.

Yes, I did. I wanted to see why someone was banned, and accidentally clicked on add friend on their profile.

this has happened to me. When I see that someone is banned, I would like to know the reason of their ban so I go to their profiles and see the post that caused them to be banned. The problem is that when I was to click the post while seeing a profile, I accidentally clicked add friend. Well, the banned guy still hasnt accepted as he is banned till Jan 20th.

Yes, twice, by accident. One actually thanked me for adding him...I didn't want to go to his wall and tell him that I had added him by mistake. Don't remember who the other was
