Club Nintendo already includes all WiiWare games, even if they are third party. I'm not sure about VC. It would be nice if they also included some third party games, and it is a bit of a missed opportunity. However, I don't think it would help sales that much, so the size of the opportunity is probably pretty small. Especially when you consider the extra prizes they would have to give out.
