One Piece 574: Damn, someones actually died in One Piece. FINALLY. This was totally unexpected too. I thought Ace was going to make it out of this alive.

Naruto 482: W.......wha.....WHAT THE HELL?!!!!! D......did this actually happen? Wow Sakura......just wow.

Haven't read the Fairy Tail chapter yet. I will in a bit though.

I don't know, what happened in One Piece was pretty obvious, some very direct foreshadowing in the last 2 panels of 573.

As for Naruto, I'm on the same page. I used to really like Sakura. To think that with one line, I don't even want her to exist anymore. I mean, does she REALLY realize what she's saying? Or is she trying to play some angle? She can't be serious, if she is, I'm boycotting Naruto =P

Fairy Tail is building up nicely, might become my favorite arc in FT yet.

Currently reading Shounan Junai Gumi, the prequel of GTO, know as GTO: The Early Years in the west.
Onizuka and Ryuji's Onibaku days are very joyful to read! Even though the artstyle is abit outdated at some points, it feels just as awesome as GTO.
I guess I have to start buying the volumes, since the scanlation is stuck at volume 9, the original series are supposed to have 31 volumes

Oda is a genuis that whole chapter, delievered in every sense Garp/Luffy's reactions hit me emotionally I nearly felt like shedding a tear for Ace, Marco Vs Akainu will be a epic fight, and finally seeing Garp's/Luffy's and Whitebeard's reaction to this loss.

Best chapter of the year

Naruto was pretty "meh" but Karin's retropective was nice to look at and the two Sasuke panels merging was pretty cool to see, anyway Sakura isn't going to desert Konoha, probably a ploy to get close to Sasuke and deal the final blow, Kishimoto said he wanted to make Sakura more of a "heroine" this year.

I only loved the fact that Ace died. The whole talk between Luffy and Ace before he died was really corny IMO. The face Luffy put on when he did was.....weird. It was cool though. I loved how Garp told Sengoku to hold him down or else he would kill Akainu though, that was awesome.

The Naruto chapter was great IMO. It was awesome how Naruto was able to trick Yamato and sneek out. He was also in Saga mode too (Sage Mode = UBER EPICNESS), maybe we will get to see a Naruto vs. Sasuke fight? Also, I'm really interested in seeing what Sasuke reaction to Sakura's plead will be. Lastly, I'm really loving the direction Kishi is going in with Sasuke. Its nice to see one of the main characters of a manga being all evil and stuff (not the typical goody goody sh*t we usually see in main characters in most anime/manga). But seriously though, Sasuke gets to much screen time. Naruto is the main character remember Kishi?

Hmmm what do you expect the talk between Ace and Luffy to be? It was corny but the good kind, it's the kind I scower to find the savoury moments that last a second but effects you for a life time.

Kishimoto said Sasuke Vs Naruto will be the last in his agenda, Naruto is going to have a new training program (probably with Killer-Bee) and this year will be Kakashi's year so maybe Kakashi vs Sasuke on the cards.

Since we've seen this Student Vs Master thing many times e.g. Pein Vs Jiraya, Orochimaru Vs Sarutobi.

Sakura isn't going to plea, she really wants to kill Sasuke for what he has become, what he is doing to himself.

Sasuke deals with revenge so immaturely and doesn't listen to anything that has been said by Danzo or even Itachi's words to heart. He is blinded by egoistical ideals that he thinks will make him feel better but in the end he'll be a empty shell of his former self.

Metaphorically the light has definately left his eyes.

HOLY. FU*KING. SH*T. This chapter was INCREDIBLE!!!! Such a twist. Bleach went from a pretty good manga to a great manga with this chapter alone. Fantastic job Kubo. I would have never expected you to pull something this good off.
