uhh..maybe because all the preview people n podcasts are calling it PS3' GOTY

now considering R & C has an average score of 9.0

Uncharted having to be better than that would most definitely equal a 9.0 + score

n THATS definetely a LAIR isn't it??

WII - 18.3 Million

Xbox 360 - 15 Million

Did you really say Gears?! It has sold 3 million copies on NA alone. Uncharted will sell 10% of that.

Remember Motorsperm? Less than 400,000 copies before it got bundled with the PS3.

Lair - stands at 150,000.

Warhawk - 150,000.

Heavenly Sword - 180,000.

Ratcher & Clark opened with less than 100,000 and won't pass 400,000 within it's first year.

Uncharted is a Tomb Raider clone. 300,000 copies maximum.

 

 


 Gears was marketed to hell and back.  If (and I said IF) Uncharted was marketed as heavily as Gears, than it could turn out very well for Sony.

Why must people turn everything into a fanboy debate?

Good ahead Sony!!!! I see them stepping their game up! Its excellent to see Sony building a good and understandable campaign. Congrats and Sony listen I'm backing everything you guys do..Keep up the good work!!!

I really like when companies promote new IP's its risky but could lead to the next big game.



Getting an XBOX One for me is like being in a bad relationship but staying together because we have kids. XBone we have 20000+ achievement points, 2+ years of XBL Gold and 20000+ MS points. I think its best we stay together if only for the MS points.

Nintendo Treehouse is what happens when a publisher is confident and proud of its games and doesn't need to show CGI lies for five minutes.

Tbh I don't think it is a wise marketing decision to market uncharted. Considering it's a genre (tomb raiderisk) that died off in the late playstation years. SPending huge bucks is just consuming more money from sonys game division.

(Ratchet & Clank won't pass 400,000 within it's first year. Uncharted 300,000 copies maximum.)

Uncharted reminds me a lot of Gears (just not as cool looking) but it does seem fun. I guess the only reason it reminds me of Gears is because of the cover system. Its a very fun game so I hope it sells millions. Good skill, and if they dont have any of that good luck.

Are you guys sure that Uncharted is a good game? It's not even released yet, so I think it's a little early to be saying that it's an amazing game. Let's not forget about Heavenly Sword or Red Steel...
