I agree, this game is awsome and kicks all sorts of booty. I see we have a lot of haters in here. Don't worry, it's good for GOW to have competition and good or even better at that.
This demo was over the top and if you didn't think so then your just being biased...
Gow will be good but this game well be a runner up and maybe even better....

Found the demo exceedingly ordinary, and tbh, I'm not sure what they were thinking when they decided to make a god of war clone when Santa Monica is clearly going to end up trumping this game by a hefty margin. This reminds me of the 'vii' or whatever it's called (the cheap & nasty wii clone) lol...but hey, good luck to them. They obviously think they can pull it off.

It is not that God of War created the genre. It is just that Dante's Inferno is complete copy of GOW gameplay wise. You have to play both to notice this. Bayonetta for example plays and feels completely different compared to GOW so that is not copying even though it is game in the same genre.

Wtf you are trying to prove from these sudden twists of subject?

have you ever played God of war? there is a difference between being in the same genre and an exact clone, like i said before, Dante's inferno is like a reskined God of war 2, it plays the same the layout is the same, the camera is the same the cgi style is the same the TITS are there...

everything is exactly the same, you would be extremely stupid if you think God Of War is the same as Devil May Cry  or if you think Ninja Gaiden is exactly the same as Darksiders.

I guess...I played DMC, Bayonetta Demo and Dante's demo, and they all seem similiar, but I've not played any God Of War game, so I lack that point of reference.  Just don't buy Dante, to make a point to EA to stop copying.

I guess...I played DMC, Bayonetta Demo and Dante's demo, and they all seem similiar, but I've not played any God Of War game, so I lack that point of reference.  Just don't buy Dante, to make a point to EA to stop copying.

This is the problem. Jyst play God of War ONE and you'll see what we mean. DI plays EXACTLY like it. If you think Bayonetta feels like Devil May Cry [I don't. There are soem similarities but I see quite a few differences] just play GoW and compare it to DI. It's not about being in the same genre, people are saying it's rip-off because it does EVERYHING the nearly the EXACT way as GoW.
