Sorry for you man .Still ,what Dallinor told you is true .Gaming in this situations can be escapism sometimes .I did it two when I broke with my exgirlfriend (or when she broke with me more exactly ) and it helped to pass some time but dont confuse things .You have to rebuild a bit your life and find a balance .Gaming can help you to pass some time so it hurts a bit less ,but it isnt the solution by itself .
