PS3 exclusive Last Rebellion dated for February 2010

NIS America has officially dated their PS3 exclusive RPG, Last Rebellion, for February 2010. The announcement comes with opening of the games official site, complete with a new trailer and info on the characters and story.

Last Rebellion is an action RPG developed by Hitmaker. The title centers around anti-hero Nines and his partner Aisha, your typical RPG melee/magic user duo, tasked to bring peace to a troubled land. Last Rebellion promises a dark, mature story and features some stylish cel-shaded graphics. The highlight of Last Rebellion is the unique battle system, which allows Nines and Aisha to target specific body parts, hobbling and handicapping them.

Last Rebellion is due in Japan at the end of January, and in the US the next month. No word on a European release.

This marks yet another JRPG hitting in early 2010 in the US, along with White Knight Chronicles, Star Ocean 4 International, Resonance of Fate, and Final Fantasy XIII.
