Maybe half of them have a chance of being released in the second half of 2010. The other half will probably be released in 2011. Little / no information available means release date is a long way off.

If Twisted Metal is indeed what Jaffe's been working on, then we just have to wait for Feb to hear about it.

Aside from that, I wouldn't be surprised if 8Days and The Getaway go back in production.

We haven't heard from Incognito in quite some time. Their last game was Warhawk in August 2007 and a PSN game called Calling all cars a little before that. After that, we just know they've been doing development aid with a few other first parties so a Starhawk announcement wouldn't shock me either.

I'd kick a puppy to get a new Syphon Filter. We know about Resistance 3, Twisted Metal is a safe bet and I think we'll see Starhawk/Warhawk 2.

Twisted Metal: David Jaffe recently stated he will announce in February the game that he's been working on for some time now.

Probably Twisted Metal PS3.

Syphon Filter: I don't think so. SOE is working on"The Agency", a game very similar to Syphon Filter.

8 Days: Maybe, something will be shown at E3 2010, as the studio behind it, put the game on hold in order to develop eyepet. Maybe they will

start production on this again.

The Getaway: Same as above.

Starhawk: Im confident it will be revealed at E3 2010.

Heavenly Sword 2: this one is impossible. Ninja Theory, the devs behind the original, left Sony. I remember the head of the studio stating that there would be no sequel.

Resistance 3: Will be shown at E3 2010, and announced some months before, just like Resistance 2.

Heavenly Sword is Sony's ip so they can hire some other studio to develop the sequel if they want to.
