Forums - Gaming - Will Nintendo React To This?

After the release of the iPhone/iPod N64 emulator in the unofficial cydia appstore earlier today ...

Now a Nes Emulator in the OFFICIAL Appstore...  will it last another day?

actually, I don't think Nintendo can do anything about an emulator in the US. They can go after soft/hard mods, and they can go after ROMs, but emulators don't break any laws that I'm aware of.

If you drop a PS3 right on top of a Wii, it would definitely defeat it. Not so sure about the Xbox360. - mancandy

ouch, but it's only N64

Well, if Nintendo is paid licensing fees or something.

Some games may be so old the license runs out, so they don't owe Ninty squat, IDK. If Nintendo anted to sue, they would've by now.

If you pay for an emulator you are being SCAMMED

don't look me weirdly this is a lifetime chance that'll be down in three hours, maybe less...

I bet the n64 emulator has awful controls. I don't really see why people are concerned about this though.
