Yep. Except we don't know how Bowser became big, how he arrived in Mushroom Kingdom and how he will flee. We don't know too how Ruba is going to be introduced.

So Rosalina has been reincarnated as some form of Cosmic Ghost that guides Mario through the game. This is brilliant!
