WHO WILL SCORE HIGHER ON METACRITIC? FINAL FANTASY XIII OR MASS EFFECT 2?

We are less than three months away from the release of two of the most anticipated RPG's of the generation. It really goes without saying that both games were developed by the RPG gods. Which one do you think will recieve a higher score on metacritic? For FFXIII, we will use the PS3 versoion to determine its final score. If you take a look at my sig. you will clearly be able to tell what I think.

MY PREDICTION:

FINAL FANTASY XIII (PS3): 94

MASS EFFECT 2 (X360): 92

YOUR TURN!

Not sure what scores they will get, but I predict Mass Effect 2 > Final Fantasy XIII (on either platform).

Mass Effect 2 = 93-94.

FFXIII = 91-94

Mass Effect 2 - 93
Final Fantasy XIII - 89

I predict hate to bring FFXIII score down as always happened with the series.

I just checked Metacritic, and the highest scoring Final Fantasy so far is only 92. That said, and combined with how different FF13 is to the traditional JRPG or FF series, I could see it receiving a lower score due to that.

EDIT:  Correction, FF9 scored a 94.  I didn't even check that one since I assumed X or VII would probably have had the highest scores

Final Fantasy XIII: 90
Mass Effect 2: 93

JRPGs are nowadays generally underappreciated in the west, and while FF may be the only exception to this, I don't see it doing (much) over 90.

Not saying I think they'll deserve those scores, just saying it's what I expect.

But then I deeply hate metacritic and how people use it as an inarguable gauge for quality.

I feel the same way. Metascores don't mean much to me. But this is just for fun!!! That and I wanna see if most people think I'll win or lose my bet.
