Forums - Sony - Good place to sell PS3 (UK)

Thought these forums would have stuff for sale, but they don't seem to ...

So where is a good place to put a PS3 up for sale.  I'm not doing business with ebay any more, but don't really know too many alternatives.  Amazon's Marketplace costs are way too high for me.

I would suggest craigslist except that you are in the UK so i can't help you.

Craigslist runs in the UK also, good idea. Not sure if it's as widely used as in the US, but it's free to list so why not :)

I've put a post up there but it's a few days between postings, so I can't imagine there's a great chance it will sell.  Any other ideas?

Now there's hopefully a few more UK people up and about, any ideas?

To buy a new one, I hope.

I suppose Craiglist and eBay would be your best bets, and you don't seem too keen on the latter.

Sorry, no new PS3. I've just not really found any PS3 games that are fun to just pick up and play for an hour once a month, which is about all the time I get spare these days. Last night I picked up UFC for the first time in 3 months and got beaten easily 5 fights in a row, then picked up Folklore for the first time in a year and got killed repeatedly. Neither was much fun - the difficulty level of all PS3 games is way too high for casual gaming to be fun.

I bought my PS3 mainly as a Blu-Ray player, and now PC drives are only £50 so I'm getting one for my HTPC.

If you live near Rochdale, UK, and are thinking about getting a PS3, here's the craigslist posting:

You can try askking a mod if it's ok to put it in your sig maybe? I'm actually curious if that's allowed.
