Blu-ray would be the obvious choice. But if they want zero piracy they should go with HD-DVD. The only problem with that they would be limited to 30GB per disc and by then you will probably have 100GB Blu-ray's also the drive speed would be a lot slower since HD-DVD is a dead format they no longer working on improving the drive speed.

I think we could see Flash memory as the medium using USB 3.0, hard to say but in a couple of years 50 GB flash won't be very expensive.

I've seen some threads here stating how blu-ray is doomedz and how it's not picking up as well as DVD. But it did not have a fanboy tone, and was more in line with statistics.

but dont tell me you have never run into some 360 supporter who has been like PS3 sucks, no one wants blu-ray etc

I read something a couple years ago about a 300gb disk,I would imagine they'll use something relative to this,but depending on standard bandwith,say if most people have 100mps by the time the next xbox hit its quite possible that everything will be downloadable and they'll be no physical storage medium,it would suck,but definetly a possibility.

I'm actually going to guess DVD again. The reason for this is that I'm absolutely certain of one thing: whatever comes on most new PCs at the time of the console's release, that's what the 360's successor will use. I doubt that Blu-Ray will be standard on most new PCs by then (if it ever becomes the standard, and I have some doubts about that).
