He's one of my fav VGC members!Who knows why he was banned?

He made another account because he wanted a different user name. But they thought he was making an alt so they banned both of them. He is gone now.

sounds like they shouldnt have banned him then? I mean, if thats all then it sounds like youre saying it was all a misunderstanding?

I know why he was banned, but that reason just isn't right, maybe if naz were to look into it he'd be unbanned. There has been other banned for "alts" but yet they were never given a chance unlike a lot of members still here today. ex: Incandescence

In the mean time it could be you or me that faces the next unreasonable ban. Maybe I'll get perma'd one day for that alt I made back in jan 08.

If he wanted to change ID's, he should have contacted a mod, else people make mistakes and things like this happen. He has access to every website admin's e-mail, so he could have easily cleared up the issue if he wanted.

Either that, or we can go to neogaf's model where you have to wait in limbo for 6months (i still haven't been accepted) but no alt accounts are ever created.

Finally, per usual, if you have a problem with moderation take it up with Naz, not posting it on the forums.
