Now answer this question. Who the hell buys a X360 or PS3. I know 0 people personally (other than myself) who have either.

Well it may just be that these games don't appeal to them. They may be great or bad but it's all subjective. The quality of a game, other than production values can often be widely agreed one, but it'll still be opinion. For instance, I have a wii, but I haven't had it plugged into my tv for more than a year.

I stopped playing both resident evil 4 and super mario galaxy because they didn't feel as fun or great as i was expecting them too.. and i'm usually one who completes games when I start them. Ofcourse this is just my opinion and is not a representive of anyone elses.


Anyways, regardles, on topic. Sales really show the holliday period. The ps3 is doing the same as the 360 last year. I can't believe how many americans buy wii's though :p well I can.. it's still a huge number though.

I don't see this... America is one week late... so with America next week number is more like 1.85 million for 8th week.

2 million for 9th week is real.

I thought we had all worldwide in and it was at 1.75m...  ???  this after 8 weeks.

Meant after America's 8th week is in, it'll sit at 1.85mil (made a typo before). Actually, perhaps just 1.84mil.

Either way, it'll just hop over 2mil when 9th week is all in.

Seriously, I am a big defender of this site, but just like ioi would tell you, mistakes are made and thank God for adjustments which I appreciate. I would be rude to you too, but your failure is satisfaction enough.

I hate to wreck your satisfaction, but the failure is both of ours.

Mine for not checking the link with the PDF, and yours for posting the wrong Quarter.   This is for FY to the end of the third quarter, in other words this would be a Q3 report.  A Q4 report would include all the shipping data up to the end of the quarter.

In the end I made the same mistake that I accused you of,  I did not check my data, I simply went off the data that you had provided.  You are correct about the totals, but you may want to change the original post to say Q3 instead of Q4 so that no one else will make the same mistake that I did.
