I understand the nostalgia of having the 8 bit megaman games but come one why cant they make a new one? One with good graphics. It could be the same setup but at some point they should get with the program anyone else agree?

I don't think it's necessary. 8-bit development makes it cheaper and quicker to make these games, and helps to distill them to pure gameplay, rather than bells and whistles. Frankly, I wish more developers tried doing this, just to brush up on their level design skills.
The only reason Mega Man 9 works is because of the nostalgia, otherwise nobody would touch it. I'm assuming they want people to actually buy MM10...

so you want New Mega Man like how Nintendo made New Super Mario Bros Wii? Would it really make all that much of a difference if they took Mega Man 9 and made it HD? Honestly, I really think 8-bit looks better for Mega Man, but I wouldn't care either way if I knew the gameplay was the same.

An HD 2D megaman could be cool, but it would cost more and they wouldn't be able to put it on wii which would hurt profits. Now if you're talking MML3 or something like that, then yeah they should try and do the best graphics they can. Not hyper realistic, but a really good cel shaded style or something similar.
Time for hype

Not neccesarily, just make the sprites look nicer. Kinda like the new Castlevania games.

Not really. They've found their niche, where they excel. It would bug me if everyone started doing it, but we need some 8-bit in the world.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.
Simple the Megaman franchise( excludeding Legends) isnt a grandiose, it would be to much...now a brand new series or Legends would be a better choice for the HD treatment. I pray one day Megaman and return to there former glory so they may retake the throne with Mario as the 3 platforming kings
