I was expecting 1.3 Mn first day and 1.9 Million first seven days, Plus 250k PS3s.
I know a bit optimistic. But SW sales wise it could become truth. Hardware hmm I still think there might be a chance.
The pics are weird. It seems that every Japanese wears the same jacket. It looks like the Jackets are even the same material.

On topic. I was expecting 1.8 for the whole week at least. If we look at previous games in the saga, it seems that undershiping below these numbers would have been awkward. My question comes on what relates to bundles. IMHO, 200k bundles would be the right thing, but somehow I know there will be less.
Anyway, I would like to state that I'm for the Darth's point concerning the sales numbers and how bundles won't be counted.
PS: I'm looking forward for this Friday numbers ^^.

Love the Gaf reactions, some shitty random blog said 1 million and everyone (the Nintendo fanboys whom plague the Media Create thread) were jumping with joy saying it would struggle to 1.5 million lifetime however things change quickly within a day.
Anyway the family back in Japan got no less than 1 copy of the game and also the bundle. Brother got the copy by itself because he already has a Ryu Ga Gotoku bundle from March however by dad picked up the FFXIII bundle for his room............he is never going to play a game besides FFXIII and GT5 yet he purchased another console. -_-
Still trying to get my head around why 2 copies of the same game are needed in one house but meh, they will send one off to me once finished to I'm not going to complain. Just that I am a tight ass here whom does not like paying £15 a month however my dad is happy to pay £350 for something he will use maybe twice. Guess that is what happens when you have money to burn. :P
