Seems undertracked on NPD.

Serious the NPD undertrack a lot of games.

Do we have regional shipment figures for comparison?  That'd be the best way to see who's really over/under.

The NPD figures are US only, while VGC is all of NA, which can account for some disparity.  Not 300k+, but some at least.  I'd generally side with NPD though, given their greater direct coverage.

It's not 300k difference between NPD and VGC.

VGC (November US Only): 207k
NPD (November US Only): Over 100k and under 180k.

So 30-100k under/over.

Same case... if Forza 3 sold the NPD numbers, then Microsoft retail data is overtracked about 300k... no, this is not... NPD has it undertracked.

I'm talking ltd, NPD has it at ~650k (it was leaked at GAF, did only ~113k in November), VGC has it at ~950k.  Though VGC has an extra week in there.

It'll maintain a 100 - 250 K every week until the holidays end.

Hummmm... so 650k NPD LTD for US, but NPD only cover until 28th November... VGC has it at 894k for Americas until 28th November. 894k - 10% = 768k for US only.

NPD - 650k for US
VGC - 768k for US

For me NPD is undertracking Uncharted 2, same with Forza 3. For me NPD is wrong, but is only 100k difference.

In January the shipped numbers will be released then we will know who was right.

So VGC adjusted Unchated 2 down by 10k in NA.

After beating UC2, I hadn't played it for about 5 weeks (MW2 and exams stole my time). But I'm doing it on crushing now and it's just as amazing as when I played it two months ago. It so deserves GOTY!
