The NPD figures are US only, while VGC is all of NA, which can account for some disparity.  Not 300k+, but some at least.  I'd generally side with NPD though, given their greater direct coverage.

It's not 300k difference between NPD and VGC.

VGC (November US Only): 207k
NPD (November US Only): Over 100k and under 180k.

So 30-100k under/over.

Same case... if Forza 3 sold the NPD numbers, then Microsoft retail data is overtracked about 300k... no, this is not... NPD has it undertracked.

I'm talking ltd, NPD has it at ~650k (it was leaked at GAF, did only ~113k in November), VGC has it at ~950k.  Though VGC has an extra week in there.
