Pokemon for obvious reasons, Pokemon is big although I'll think it will be close for march NPD. Then Pokemon will took off on April's NPD because of it's legs.

I think FFXIII could do anywhere between 600k-1000k first week (combined PS360)

Actually this is for NPD isn't it, ie not just 1st week sales.... in that case, if the release dates in the OP turn out correct, Pokemon should win.

Pokemon will outsell both Final Fantasy 13 games pretty easily and will outsell Final Fantasy 13 lifetime sales as well! I don't really get the appeal of Pokemon but it will sell more!!

Pokemon will win even if it is a remake, that's how powerful the franchise is.
