Oh I know GI has made some really rubbish HD reviews, even ones giving good scores have rubbish context, usually its clear the person reviewing barely played the game or just talking out of their ass in hopes no one notices that it isn't a real review.

if you want to read bias laid on thick read Nintendo Power. I was a member for 13 years, but recently didn't renew. Its just gotten to the point where the reviews were blatantly bias toward first party games with complete neglect of some really good third party titles.

Look, whenever a good game comes out for the Wii, we see these polarized reviews. Why? Because the reviewers with at least a bit of integrity will review it fairly fair, while those without, will review it with the usual "Wii sucks and is destroying my hobby" attitude.

It's game informer. I brought this up in the SH thread, too, but look at Tiger Woods 10.

PS360 version: 8.5
Wii version, with perfect 1:1 motion controls, frisbee golf, and more courses: 8.5

That's right, graphics are so critically important they cancel out all the extra content and the incredible controls :O

Score seems a little harsh.

Well keep in mind they're catering to a specific audience. The kind of person who would frequent gamestop enough to warrant getting the little discount card and the free subscription is most likely a PS360 owner.  That's their bread and butter demographic.  They have like 0 PC games, their Nintendo shelves are full of used shovelware, and most of the flunkies that work there are heavily HD Twin biased--this seems to be the general consensus from some online research and it fits pretty accurately with my personal experiences. If you doubt this go to a few gamestops, ask about a Wii game, then let the hilarity unfold.
