I reall don't like how we have some games getting nominated for multiple genre awards. It's gonna look stupid if one game wins best shooter and best action adventure.

Understand that during this time of the year I am trying to organize 7 game of the year articles, one of which I have to do myself, in addition to writing the rules and policies, checking over the nominations, counting votes, and of course my normal jobs as head of reviews and community manager.

So if I say I don't give a crap about suggestions people have for the GotY awards, it's because I truly do not give a crap. I spend way too many hours making this work, and for every person who thinks they shouldn't be in multiple genres there will always be one who thinks they should.

So save us both some pain and don't bother suggesting changes to the way these are run, because I spend way too damn long to care what every singe individual person thinks, since they all just disagree with each other anyway.
