Forums - Nintendo Discussion - righting the ship - endless ocean 2

The reason this one caught my eye is that I do like unusual titles and while the original seemed a little bare bones, I'm looking forward to the much meatier second offering.

It was a budget title... half-price game from launch (though it hasn't decreased much in value since then)

EO2 will be a budget title too, at least according to Amazon. It's around $28 after the discount.....

I actually never seen EO on shelves and online stock seems to be soldout every time I stumble across it.

the first one is on of my favourites titles this gen so i will certainly get endless ocean 2.

I was interested in the first one, but my cousin (works at Nintendo) told me the graphics were very crude. So I've waited and now the sequel comes. Only worries for me now are the music and gameplay. Will music be better than the EO? Does the game still carry that relaxing gameplay as the previous one?

The music will be very similar to EO1. Also, yes the gameplay will largely remain the same. There will be some more action-oriented sequences, but not a whole lot, and as far as I know, you still can't die or anything. On the whole, it's far more fleshed-out and much, much more polished.

Check my thread on the game for more info, including the songs in the game:
