Hard to say, I haven't played AC in like a year. AC2 looks fine to me. And its a lot better then the first one.

Faces and especially hair was pretty ugly in part 1. But I think the consoles can't do much better than this in such a big open world. Boundaries of this generation's consoles are getting more visible every month.
It does look better then the first.
Its just that the first Assassins Creed was really advanced for its time.
The 2nd well not so much
Nobody's perfect. I aint nobody!!!
Killzone 2. its not a fps. it a FIRST PERSON WAR SIMULATOR!!!! ..The true PLAYSTATION 3 launch date and market dominations is SEP 1st ![]()
@ spartan - you have kz2 and uncharted 2 in your collection. maybe you're like me and your expectations have been adjusted by these two games.

Wasn't he hyping Forza 3? That's a great looking game. . . oh, I see what you did there.
Edit: Forgot the 3.

A LOT more then the first one. I haven't beaten it yet but so far its great and its not repetitive like the first one was.
I would say better (the game itself it 10 gajilion times better), the frame rate is much improved. For some reason I didn't notice screen tearing the first time... but there isn't much of it this time. There were very noticeable late loading shadows which was annoying, but the game is so much better, and graphical issues are forgiven
The look didn't seem much different to me, a few tweaks here and there but essentially it looks very similar. It does have less screen tear, though, better fps and I'd say there seems to be more people/detail on-screen that in AC1.
It's not a big leap visually, really. Seems like all the effort went into content, missions, etc. - which is no bad thing as I thought AC1 was average at best due to gameplay weakness, which thankfully AC2 doesn't have.
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
