A complete rumor for now since the Famitsu leak isn't usually until tomorrow.

Some members on the Japanese forum HKGOLDEN have posted what looks like is the Famitsu FFXIII review score.

The game is scored a 10-9-10-10 (39/40).

Great score. But Famitsu doesn't make sense for a long time.

It's still a rumour, but I see that most people rushed to dismiss the over 40 score of famitsu, but when it's under 40, everyone considers it true :P

As 39/40 was bad. It's amazing score.

It's a great score and no score in the world is going to dissuade those who already are bent on getting the game or that are FF fans, but as it is, it's just a rumour still ;)

I just found it funny that in a previous rumour that put the score over 40, or over the rating scale, just as some magazines did for SMG and Uncharted2, everyone was quick to dismiss it, but now, a rumour put's the score under 40, and everyone considers it to be true. Double standarts are so funny :P

It would be fun to see anyone's faces if it's 39
