And if M$ counts only the indyvidual copies whose owners played online or have silver account and are connected to internet, then it could mean that VGC has it even a little low, becuse not all consoles are connected to internet.

Umm, geez, you really think MS is tracking sales by only counting those connected to the internet? Leaving I would imagine 30-50% of 360 users uncounted?
