I think it has to be exclusive or it won't sale enough on one console.

GTA5 would of course sell over 10 million if it was exclusive to whether the PS3 or the 360.

Hm I don't think so. MW2 had a huge opening week but it lacks legs like Wii Sports Resort for example. Also a new CoD is coming out next year which will cool down sales as time goes by.
