yes, it was in development before Black Isle closure, but they had to give it up because someone from Infogrammes legal departmet srewed up
Unfortunately, they will likely want to make it "mainstream" so I'm not 100% sure I want it back... It depends on which studio would make it.

And, according to Game Informer, Starfox 2 was already completed, but shelved because the N64 was about to launch and Nintendo wanted a larger graphical leap between Snes to N64. Bring Starfox 2 back on the Virtual Console!!
