Okay, sorry, I'll be quiet now.
I know they only allow one game per series, but it still feels weird to have the Wind Waker and Okami in the top 20 yet Twilight Princess nowhere on the list (especially since Twilight Princess was better than the Wind Waker! /opinion).
Other than that, the list is excellent.
Oh, and it needs more Flower obviously 
Honestly, they could have replaced Valkyria Chronicles with Flower for all I care

I completely forgot that came out in 2000! It's a travesty to leave it off the list!

Hell, even BengaBenga said the next Team ICO title would be the one to make him finally buy a ps3 (back before the Last Guardian was announced), and Onyxmeth and I had a debate a few months back about how Team ICO is better than Kojima Productions, and easily the best dev team in Sony's arsenal. I agreed with the latter, but disagreed with the former.
Team ICO are quite popular around these parts, even amongst guys that aren't particular fans of what Sony's done this gen.

The emphasis on my post was equally. While it does cover all genres I think its quite clear that whoever made the list had a unique taste in gaming and hence underrepresented some key genres in the last decade and were not just talking shooters either.
