Trust me, I've been casually exposed to Kid Rock's "music" for year by the radio and a few friends with poor taste in music. So the album is named after a song? Big deal. Come up with a lucrative concept, name a song *and* an album after it. Now you've got a readymade hit single as well.

 


 half of his songs actually have meaning. Like Devil Without A Cause is dedicated to his dead son. Theres many other songs like that. Just like Eminem's lyrics. Most have a meaning and a good meaning.

I dunno, Stof liking Violent J and Shaggy Two Dope or whatever their names are definately makes me ponder... though casual fans are fine, I have yet to see a Juggalo who doesn't instantly make me burst out laughing. I look extremely crazy on public transit when I just burst into laughter.

I'll give credit to those 2 for having some business acunem and a sense of honour, but their fans... well, they get nothing.

Let's poke fun at the second mod in here!

Well, good point. But I'm just saying I prefer my music to feel real---you know, an artist who makes music because that's what they've always wanted to do, and don't sell out, or over-glamorize themselves. Honestly, I don't mind Kid Rock half as much as a lot of the junk on the radio these days.

If it's the twins, I defy you to listen to The Whisper song and not laugh your ass off at their sad misplaced machismo. Here's the chorus.

If it's the clowns, You've got to love Homies. Nothing like listening to a bunch of face painted morons singing a song about beating their boss to death and setting it to sugary sweet pop music. It's actually catchy until you realize how insipid and silly the lyrics are.
