Playing evil to get the platinum sucked. It was all about people hating me and losing everything. I prefer to learn about making new connections. For example, that chick Sasha who falls in love with you when you start doing bad missions. Would've been better to hear about how my descent into evil has it's own rewards rather than just hearing about how I'm such a bad person.

Well the reason you obey Sasha's commands as evil is because you are covered by her mind control sludge.  That is why Evil Cole has the black lines all over his body.

I think that's why evil just isn't as fleshed out. Good is also the cannon story mode, so we just gotta wait for inFAMOUS 2 to see how evi plays out after that.

I was talking about vgchartz numbers, not sales to retail, sorry.

It will be interesting to see how much the BF bundles will push it this week. I think looking forward, the length of time it's bundled will be the deciding factor on whether it will reach 2 million or not.

 


Having 10 weeks of sales on hand is a ridiculous amount for a game that just broke 1 million 8 months later. Clearly undertracked. Take into consideration these numbers are from a month and a week ago...

So it took almost a year to crack 1m for the amount of hype this game got?

Most of those must have been bargain bin sales and are relatively meaningless.

 

Anyways, most x360 games probably do better than this over time. For example, I bet a game that was said to bomb like Banjoe X360, has probably sold a lot by now, but nobody is going to make a thread for that because it's not on PS3.

The game came out in May, that's far from almost a year.

Hilarious dude.

A. It probablly broke 1 million in Septemeber if it were 1.2million in October. Thats May, June, July, August, September.

A1. Because i missed it my first read through. The game just got a reduced price. It's been selling at 60 dollars since release. Bargin bin my ass.

B. Many people didn't think this game owuld break a half a million let alone a million. It wasnt hyped at all,

C. Keep up the trolling you wont last long.

D. According to NPD 360 isnt really selling all that much more SW than the Ps3 per its user base. This takes in consideration of the highest selling exclusive on the HD systems like Halo 3.

Alot of people were saying this would be the games life time amount. Great news. It deserves so much more.

You sure are right Dgc, this game at least deserves 2 million, which I think it can reach if the word of mouth and new price are brought to the average gamers attention.

You know I ALMOST passed on this game, I was on the fence until I heard it had the Uncharted 2 beta. I am so glad I picked this up it was a great game overall. I can't wait for the sequel.

Shipped but the numbers are from over a month ago. So those are probablly sold through by now... VGC has it just past 1 million. A game like this doesn't need more than 100k on shelves at a time (They don't even sell 20k a week). So, I'd say sold through would be closer to 1.1million maybe more as of Oct.

At the moment it's at 1.03 million sold. Let's see after the BF sales are added it might be at 1.2 since the bundles sold very well. I am being optimistic though.
