2 and 4.

The real pull for me is that you're a small village boy who goes on a big adventure. That's the amazing part.

so by 2-4 you really mean 3:story? =D

Out of that particular list: controls and gameplay, like all games.

Complexity is not depth. Machismo is not maturity. Obsession is not dedication. Tedium is not challenge. Support gaming: support the Wii.

What do I hate about modern gaming? I hate tedium replacing challenge, complexity replacing depth, and domination replacing entertainment. I hate the outsourcing of mechanics to physics textbooks, art direction to photocopiers, and story to cheap Hollywood screenwriters. I hate the confusion of obsession with dedication, style with substance, new with gimmicky, old with obsolete, new with evolutionary, and old with time-tested.
There is much to hate about modern gaming. That is why I support the Wii.

That they always make me feel like a kid when I play them.

I am a Gauntlet Adventurer.

I strive to improve my living conditions by hoarding gold, food, and sometimes keys and potions. I love adventure, fighting, and particularly winning - especially when there's a prize at stake. I occasionally get lost inside buildings and can't find the exit. I need food badly. What Video Game Character Are You?

I always like to collect item, equipment, and everything possible.

What makes this series great is that you need to have a specific item to go into a greater and bigger area of exploring... and thats why I hate the beginning alot in the game >_>.........

You cant pick just 2. All goes hand in hand, that what makes it a great game.
All the little things add value, nothing is more important than the other.
Overall, its the adventure.

I love the Boss battles especially the ones in Ocarina of Time or Link to the Past. Fighting Volvagia certainly gets the adrenaline pumping.

1 and 2 for me. Story always took a back seat in Zelda compared to the puzzles and gameplay. It wouldn't be Zelda without hard puzzles and it wouldn't be a good game without tight controls.

Look at Zelda 1 for example story is practically nonexistent but it's hailed as one of the greatest games of all time because of the gameplay. I still play it now from time to time.

...I was gonna say exploration and discovery, but you didn't list that.

Yep...and the detail put into the world etc (but I guess maybe that could be included under 'graphics and design'???Maybe!)

i really cant pick two... they all mishmash together to make awesome.

Exploring and boss battles.
