Anyways, about your first statement.PS3 has many games that 360 can't handle like Uncharted 2,Killzone 2,etc
People just think 360 is as good as the PS3 because almost all the multi-plat games are first developed on 360 and the ported to PS3.Those devs don't push the PS3 version to its limits. They just make as good a game they can make on 360 and then port it to PS3 not pushing the system's limits as that would take more time and money and also it would make the 360 version look bad which they don't want as both the version should be lmostly similar.

I don't agree. Honestly, I think those particular games could be done on the Wii.
When I said the 360 can handle anything the PS3 can, I'm mainly referring to the core of the game. Sure, Uncharted 2 or Killzone 2 may look a little prettier on the PS3 as opposed to a 360 version, but what does that mean in terms of sales? Very little. The best candidates would probably be MAG or Rage, which is impossible on last-gen consoles, but again, the 360 can pull it off.
The fact that there's a huge debate on which console is more powerful (360 v PS3) should mean it's obvious that the average gamer can't tell the difference. I recall Cliffy B saying it best:
I have what I call the "mom test." Take a game that's on 360 and on PS3, can your mom tell the difference in graphic quality? If she can't, is there that much of a difference?
edit: In summary, the 360 is not "holding the PS3 back" like someone said earlier in the thread. Making a game slightly prettier does not add millions of sales.
