Okay I try to make it more obvious for you:
revenue for Xbox 360, PS3, PC = 950 million
revenue for PS3 (PC) = 413 million (453 million)
--> 537 million USD less revenue (500 million less revenue)
That is the money TakeTwo would lose without the Xbox 360 version. Let's assume some current Xbox 360 players would get GTA V on PS3 now, there would still be a 400 million difference in revenue. So 400 million dollar less revenue is quite a bit and Sony has to pay TakeTwo a LOT of money for this.
