I doubt Take-Two wants to pass on half a billion USD revenue just for fun.

 

Even with 1.5m units and even 2m if we take the Jan figure,PS3's revenue was only about $50m short of the 360's revenue cause of the more expensive european sales.

So if it was to sell some more units and being an exlusive would have pushed 1.5-2m units more

then it would have  made about 550-650m in revenue.

 

that means Sony would only have to pat about $200-250m for exclusivity
