Well i do prefer a review to a commentary.  There is a subtle difference.

Do elaborate - if you could, compare http://www.vgchartz.com/games/gamereviewdisp.php?id=868 with what you would call a "review"

Expertly written?  With reviews about a page long (way to cover it up by splashing umpteen pictures in the review) for basically every big-ish title, usually with a rather big lack of depth in their explanation?  Hardly imho.
