Mixing up the titles here. Resident Evil 4 reinvented the resident evil series forever and for the better. Evne further it reinvented the way action games would be played for the industry including introducing the concept of cinematic action games which are so popular nowadays. The creative mind of Shinji Mikami and his team indeed sought to make one of the most immersive games ever.
Discuss what was some of the finer points of this game or why you may disagree with some of my notions. To me I thought this was one of the most revolutionary games I had played maybe since Ocarina of Time itself. I had always been an RE fan, but never thought the series was AAA calibury mainly due to poor controls. This game solved those problems and brought the intensity of a horror game to life. It also revitalized that of Leon Kennedy who is still one of my most favorite characters ever. This game topped with a great consipiracy really brought the series to a new level that is still unsurpassed. What does all the other gamers think of it and do you think it deserves to be called the game of the decade?
