Aceybongos has just revealed that Pets are coming to Avatar Marketplace for Xbox 360 tomorrow.

Speaking on his Twitter account, he said " Coming to Xbox LIVE Avatar Marketplace tomorrow: Pets! Get yourself a fluffy/feathery/scaly pal for your Avatar for 240 MSP".

Full Pet list: Large Dog, Pug Dog, Dog in Bag, Cat, Siamese Cat, Long Haired Cat, Goldfish, Guinea Pig, Pony, Monkey, Bird, Snake

If only you could use your gamerscore to level up your pet and compete with other people's pets.

MS is pretty good at making useless things seem necessary.
I went through the avatar marketplace last night. 150 points for a hat? Good lord.

Why can't they use a combination of gamerscore and points? So like, 2000 gamerscore or 150 ms points.

I liked the idea that someone wrote about them being able to level up somehow based on score. Maybe they should do that.
