Naruto did bomb I would say, the game was the 10th anniversary special edition. It should have sold more. Same with FFCC:CB. The games have bombed, there's no point arguing about it.

Wait i didnt say FFCC didnt bomb, so did taiko, joysound, SWR and many. I just ment naruto was very much expected, each series has been doin worse than the other on the Wii

But it's not a problem of the series, it's a problem of the Wii userbase. Almost every sequel has always sold worse than the original game on the Wii. There's a problem there.

I guessed on the game's page that it would have first week sales of 1.82 million. If this is true, and it sells 950k in Japan, 1st week sales will be 980k + 950k = 1.93m. I hope the JP sales are a little lower for a change! LOL

I think that most of the wii core users (mainly Gamecube owners) got really tired of the Wii and the console lost all its momentum.

 

I would love to see how much would have sold games like Dragon Quest Swords, Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World, Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn, Dragon Ball Z Budokai 2, Project Zero 4 or Shiren 3 if the were released today.
