I think they've chosen the wrong art, to be honest. There are other much more attractive and stylish versions. The one of Lightning sitting down is so cool.

I don't see anything wrong with it, but i don't think it will sell more just because it has lightning on the cover. unless they are just trying to show off the graphics of the game.
