Microsoft always get sued, but they won in every case. Why is that?

Oh yes of course.

But still,I'm sure many of those that got on the bandwagon did use pirated software.

It might have something to do with them being one of the largest companies in the world... but I'm not quite sure.

And where did you read that they win every case? I have a term for you.. it's called "Out of court settlement" 

If they are very absurd yes...but they lost some aswell...Check the EU fines they had to pay.

Everybody wants to say Microsoft offers a 3 year warranty unheard of, its really not , microsoft had a major class action lawsuite that pretty much made them give that 3 year warranty . Then after that they made some changes to the E74 Death not covered under that 3 years. Microsoft did it cause they had no choice with what was going on> I would love to know the true numbers, I know my experience with RROD and E74 my system has been with microsoft longer then its been in my house in the last 2 years.

Or the California one... or the South Korea one...
