My N64 analog stick seems to be messed up. I have to push real hard, like harder than normal, to make link run or else he walks. Is this normal?

They don't sell new N64 controllers anymore Also its the controllers fault not the game |
Lol yea I know, I didn't mean buy a "new" one from like Gamestop or something, I meant buy one off eBay, craigslist, or some video game store that sells old Nintendo stuff.
Sensitivity seems to be gone. Choices are to try and buy/borrow another controller, from a friend/flea market/retro video game store. Or I guess download and play it on PC - personally that always feels weird to me.
Yeah analog stick on the N64 controller had the shortest life spam ever. You have to remember it was the first one, though.
I don't think it can be fixed. You just gonna have to buy a new one.
Quem disse que a boca é tua?
Qual é, Dadinho...?
Dadinho é o caralho! Meu nome agora é Zé Pequeno!
Yeah the N64 controllers' sticks got worn out fast. No way to fix it but get a new controller, it happens after extended play. You can get 'em on Ebay for cheap.

i remember when i resumed playing OoT on the N64, after an 8-month hiatus. i was thinking "i seem to be dying a lot more than i used to.. i seriously need practice". took me ages to realise that the controller was just broken.
i bought a replacement on eBay, but the 4 days waiting for it to be delivered were the longest ever. lucky i had a friend who could lend me one in the meantime.
