twice as expected since its only an expansion at full price

Halo 3:ODST sells 3.50 million in 2 months and will probably sell 5 million sales ltd. Halo 3:ODST is only an expansion pack to Halo 3.

Imagine what Halo:Reach will do in regards to sales? Halo 3 sold over 10 million. Halo:Reach should be able to match Halo 3 sales easily.

Id have to say no, the raise in price to 59, and the gimped as hell game search feature hurt it bad, really bad, it should have had a similar search system to rainbow 6 vegas, or even halos on search ... honestly the single player campaign i felt was better then halo 3s, but the multilayer fell back due to the lack of an ability to connect

Ya he was on a bit of a "stick it to Microsoft" for under performing day wasn't he?  If people made these type threads for every game out there, the boards would be so clogged.  How many games does Sony have that actually do under perform?

All I'm sayin is that you can't take a random fanboy rant like " OMG THIS GAME IS GONNA SELL MILLIONS AND WILL TEAR MS/SONY APART"

and turn it to a generalized "fans expectations for this game's sales".

You are absolutely right!

If we made a thread about every game that "fans" said that will turn the tide, the front page would be red from top to bottom.

But I didn't see any thread that U2 is underperforming having in mind its crazy metacritic score. And even if we saw such thread, it would be bombarded in seconds...

I don't see the point of these type threads other than to cause grief and start a flame bait war.  Well, I guess its useually an easy mark for a few VG$....
