Go for either MGS4 or Uncharted 2 as stated by others. If money is the thing, could always do MGS4 + Uncharted 1 for close to the same price.

Do not go with MGS4! Uncharted 2 is miles and miles better, with this little thing we call "replayability" in it. Don't get me wrong, MGS4 is great if you're a MGS fan, but it's 12 or so hours, you're amazed, and then you're on to playing something else and never look back. I keep forgetting I have the game.

No one in the world ever gets what they want, and that is beautiful.
