I just noticed how most of the people care about 3rd party sales on Wii and heres' the thing, why do YOU care when a 3rd party game sells bad or good when it really does nothing to YOU! Sure its great to see games sell well and the games get notice but that is the 3rd party develpor's job and not yours (well most of you I guess)!It baffles me when people say it doesnt sell well on the wii. SO! Its the third party that has to make their own games that has good quality AND good marketting (only exception is carnival games).

At the end, what do you feel about 3rd party sales. For me, as long as the game is good then what else is there to it? its good regardless of sales.

sales are interesting but when people uses it as a argument it baffles me. its fun to look at sales to see how the game goes but sometimes people just goes to far.

Anyway, I think that people just want the console that they bought and supported to be the most successful, and people have decided that 3rd party software sales are a major factor for that console's success, because 3rd parties are able to change their support from console to console if they are not happy with sales for a particular game.

It's basically a measure of success for their chosen console.

First: because they are more than first party and the most important thing, if third party suceed, they will keep supporting the platform.

I care about how companies I like perform because I want to see more games from them in the future.
